Kernowine

“Studio Gorse brings warm-hued, cosy wine bar to Falmouth just in time for the Christmas season.”

Kernowine leads the way to a new generation of wine drinkers. Developed from a brief of Brooklyn New York bar scene, Studio Gorse created a space suited for both evening and day time use, through layered ambient lighting and conscious materiality; putting specific precedence on the beauty of timber in all it’s forms.

“It’s all about the key customer touch points and sensory nods in hospitality to connect and welcome an individual into the space. In terms of Kernowine, that’s immediately feeling warmth and comfort from the use of visual, audio and tactile cues. The aim at Kernowine was to create a space that encourages conversation and develops the brand’s personable tone.” - Sophie Chapman, Founder
